At With Intention Healing I offer several different holistic therapies, I am a qualified Master Teacher and Practioner with over 30 years experience in spiritual development work 28 of which working with Usui Reiki. .

All of these therapies are powerful tools for personal development and growth, quietening the mind, connecting us with our higher selves and encouraging our body's natural ability to heal.

They are also all multidimensional - bringing balance and well-being on all levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

These therapies have helped people heal injuries, release emotional issues, awaken spiritually, overcome dis-ease, achieve clarity, improve relationships and create more joyful abundant lives.

I feel honored and blessed to be able to be of service and offer myself as a channel and teacher for these life-changing healing modalities

All therapies are an hour and cost £40 - Hopi Ear Candling is is £20 per session

Usui Reiki

Reiki (Ray - Key) a japanese word meaning universal life-force.

Reiki is a high energy healing therapy it works on the meridian lines of the body bringing balance and harmony to mind, body and spirit simultaneously.

It is a gentle, non-intrusive process where the practitioner places their hands in various positions on or near the body. Each position is held for a few minutes whilst this loving energy flows through the practitioner and into the client.

Reiki goes to the root cause of the problem/dis-ease and encourages the body's natural ability to heal itself.

A typical session lasts about an hour. During the session or treatment you may feel a pleasant sensation of warm gentle tingling, heat from the practitioners hands and may even fall asleep!

Angelic Reiki is a powerful energy healing modality where the practitioner is simply the bridge for the Angelic Healing energy to pass to the recipient.

Giving and receiving Angelic Reiki can be life changing on many levels. This high vibrational energy is heart centred - just what a soul needs.

Working with the highest energies of the Angelic Realm it brings multidimensional healing and balance on all levels.

In receiving we are lovingly supported to let go of what no longer serves us, physical/emotional and karmic imbalances, it encourages our body's natural ability to heal itself.

Lemurian Healing is a simple, practical energy technique that weaves ancient healing wisdom with heart- centered client care.

It taps into universal love and light and actively engages the higher selves of both the healer and healee.

It also activates the pineal gland which contains the blueprint of why we are here - our life purpose.

Based on unconditional love, Lemurian Healing has the power to transform lives especially for those who seek change.

My teachers came over from Hawaii to offer this course, there were only 10 students including me and only 8 of us were living in the UK. i feel blessed to share this beautiful energy.

Seichem (Say-Kem) is an egyptian word meaning God - energy or spark of the creator in us all.

Seichem works in the same way as Reiki, with hands placed on the body but in addition hands also working in the aura surrounding the body.

Reiki (earth) is one of the four elemental rays which make up Seichem the others being:-Sakara - fire, Sophi-el- water, Air- Angelic light.

Seichem connects us with our higherselves to establish healing in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.

The energy is used to heal and stimulate personal development and growth, this is a very powerful tool for helping those with emotional/mental health issues.

Celtic Reiki is a variation of Usui Reiki, which uses vibrations of the Earth and specific trees and shrubs in order to create an environment suitable for healing.

The Reiki energy mimics the frequency of various plants and trees so as to work in accordance with channelled and Celtic wisdom.

As Celtic Reiki is an Earth-energy, it is channelled up through the Base chakra, rather than down through the crown.

The Celtic Ogham are the symbols used in Celtic Reiki, the Ogham is the sacred Druidic alphabet. This magical alphabet was deeply connected to the trees, since the Celts had a strong affinity and reverence for them, believing that many were either inhabited by spirits or possessed their own.

The species of the trees used were chosen specifically for the qualities they displayed (qualities linking them to spiritual concepts).

My mother comes from Loughrea in County Galway, Ireland – where I spent many wonderful holidays as a child.

My Grandfather would tell me stories of the little people and take me for long walks around the lake and down country lanes.

I have strong Celtic links as my father is also a Celt, he’s Scottish and my paternal grandmother also instilled in me a love of nature.

I was always in trouble for bringing home sick, injured or orphan creatures, and always loved the great outdoors.

When you receive this therapy you may see colours, light or more often nature in all her glory and feel warmth, tingling or just feel very relaxed.

Crystal Healing and Chakra Balancing is an ancient therapy that utilises the natural power of crystals and gemstones to improve health and well-being.

Crystals are placed on chakras and around the body to activate and support the natural self-healing process.

Combined with Reiki energy it creates a powerful uplifting experience which inspires and empowers people to heal themselves

Hopi Ear Candles is a natural therapy dating back to the ancient Greeks, ancient Egyptians and American Indian Hopi tribe who used them for cleansing, healing and purifying on a spiritual level.

You will find it very relaxing, feel a warm flow of energy within the ear canal.

It can be beneficial for sinus or ear related problems and is believed to cleanse the aura as the candles burn.

I use natural unscented candles and fuse with Reiki encouraging the body to heal itself as nature intends.
